World’s purest soil and air
Our six exceptional products – oat flakes, steel-cut oat flakes, oat groats, steel-cut oat groats, oats with hull, and oat husk pellets – showcase the purity and rich flavor of our unique Nordic environment.
With high standards of traceable and sustainable sourcing, our oats are not only naturally rich in β-glucan that aids in cholesterol management and blood sugar control, but also compliant with stringent international food safety standards.
Finland is the second largest exporter of oats in the world.
They have a soft, nutty flavor and a fresh aroma. The grain’s ideal hardness makes it easy to process and perfect for hulling. The grain maintains its structure well during the processing, enabling a high yield in oat flake production.

The growing season in Finland is short yet incredibly intense. Oats are sown in May and harvested in August–September.
Finnish oats receive more daylight than anywhere else on Earth during the short growing season. This extraordinary light energy gives our oats their superior quality and strength.
The sun shines up to 19 hours a day in the south of Finland and never sets in the north. We call this the midnight sun and is a beautiful experience.
Finnish winters freeze the soil deeply, naturally destroying many harmful pests. This results in purer soil, significantly lower pesticide use, and cleaner oats with minimal residues.
Finland is blessed with 187,000 crystal-clear lakes and exceptionally pure groundwater, combined with clean air and pristine soil. These ideal conditions, including naturally acidic soils and peatlands, allow us to grow healthy, clean, and nutrient-rich oats of superior quality and taste.
The Finnish Food Authority is annually analysing and reporting the quality of the Finnish grains. Food safety is our top priority. Every step — from farm to finished product — is strictly monitored to guarantee the highest quality and accuracy.
